How to better promote the famous library and the collections it houses? That's what we were asked to do for the Geneva Library’s website redesign: a project entirely focused on graphic design, aimed at enhancing the library's image and opening it up to new audiences.

Justitia 4.0 will impact more than 25,000 professionals and aims to replace paper documents and paper mail with online tools. As their official UX partner, we supported the expert groups in collecting business needs and developed working prototypes to illustrate and evaluate solutions.

Accessible information for the new public health centre
Unisanté was born from the merger of 5 entities that are active in the public health sector. The center, which employs 800 people, needed a sitemap that would put together its own objectives and customer needs. We accomplished our mission in a few weeks.

The Canton of Vaud grants health insurance subsidies to thousands of citizens every year. We made propositions to improve the online application form, in order to simplify the processes of request and grant.

Creation of a comprehensive desktop and mobile prototype for the redesign of the Canton of Vaud's website. Several iterations were made on the basis of usability tests.

Turning insights into a product
We helped the Lausanne Social Services design an internal tool for their emergency accommodation service. We gathered insights through shadowing and user interviews. Those insights were used to feed a collaborative design workshop we facilitated.
